By creating an account or using CloserMX, you agree to these terms. If you're signing up on behalf of a dealership or company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
CloserMX is a web application that helps salespeople run their pipeline. We may change, add, or remove features. We aim to give reasonable notice before removing anything you rely on.
You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. One account per person.
Paid plans are billed via Stripe:
All paid plans include a 7-day free trial on first signup. We require a card up front for the trial; if you cancel before day 7 you are not charged. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled. Cancellation is available from your billing settings at any time and takes effect at the end of the current period.
Refunds for full billing periods are at our discretion and generally limited to material service failures on our side.
You own the data you put into CloserMX — deals, contacts, notes, pipeline configuration. We operate a limited license to host, display, and process it solely to provide the service to you. See our Privacy Policy for details. You can export your data at any time from Settings.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. Severe cases get immediate action; borderline cases get a warning.
You can cancel your plan and delete your workspace any time. Canceled workspaces are paused for 30 days so you can reactivate or export. After that, deletion is final. We may terminate accounts for non-payment, acceptable-use violations, or extended inactivity.
CloserMX is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it reliable but we don't warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.
We may update these terms. For material changes, we'll email workspace owners and bump the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
